Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and Temporary Protected Status (TPS)

On January 14, 2013, the 草莓视频APP Board of Trustees passed a resolution concerning the tuition rates for students with Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and Temporary Protected Status (TPS). The College determined that DACA and TPS students are eligible for in-county tuition rates provided that the students satisfy the College’s residency criteria. This action is separate from the Maryland Dream Act.

If you believe this information may affect your tuition rate at the College, please bring a copy of your Federal Employment Authorization Card to an Office of Records and Registration on any of our campuses. Your card must contain the appropriate reference code for DACA, which is (c)(33), or TPS, which is (a)(12). A Social Security card marked “employment authorized” is not sufficient documentation of your status. An Enrollment Services Specialist will make a copy of your card and determine if you are eligible for a different tuition rate.
